Annette Delabarbara
Facilitator
Annette Delabarbara has been a certified Integrated Attachment Theory™ coach at the Personal Development School since the initiation of the coach training program in 2022. Before that, she was a student herself at the school, originally joining in 2019 as a Fearful Avoidant working on healing her attachment style patterns. She has a diverse background, with degrees in Business and Occupational Therapy, and is also a certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching in the Vinyasa style of yoga for the past 12 years and loves to incorporate breathwork and somatic processing in both her coaching and yoga practices. She has always been interested in psychology and understanding the “whys” behind people’s behaviors, and is excited to share this understanding with others, on their own journeys to secure. Her goal is to help clients recognize and address the roots of repetitive, unhealthy patterns of behavior, so that they can put an end to them once and for all and finally find freedom and happiness in their lives.
