Jennifer Alexander, M.A.
Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
Masters in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Expressive Arts Therapy
As a psychotherapist with 30 years of experience and a mother, I’ve witnessed the healing power of healthy attachment. I integrate the PACT model by Stan Tatkin and Attachment Repair meditation by Cedric Reeves in my private practice in Santa Cruz, California. I’m passionate about relationship repair and have taught improvisational theater and Nonviolent Communication to help students build emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
Collaborating with this dynamic team, I aim to help students heal attachment issues and foster compassion for others. As Diane Poole Heller writes, ‘Perfect parenting isn’t required for deep, lasting healing.
