The Goal
Secure Attachment for Everyone
The goal of secure attachment is to foster strong, healthy emotional bonds between individuals, whether in parent-child relationships, friendships, romantic partnerships, teacher-student relationships, or workplace dynamics. Secure attachment allows individuals to feel safe, valued, and supported, promoting trust and open communication. However, insecure attachment is on the rise, often resulting in challenges in emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships. Education about attachment theory is crucial in reversing this trend, as it helps individuals understand the importance of nurturing secure bonds and equips educators, parents and caregivers with tools to support healthy emotional development for everyone.

Who We Are
Attachment Matters, LLC is a team of professional development training experts and psychologists passionate about transforming the lives of both youth and adults. As a socioemotional learning (SEL) education company, we focus on nurturing self-awareness, self-management, resilience, social awareness, and relationship skills among school personnel (preschool through adult), families (preschool through grade 12), and students (grade 9 and above). We achieve this by leveraging the empirically validated Attachment Styles framework, empowering individuals to thrive in both personal and professional settings.
