About Oren

Growing up with a father who survived the Holocaust and a mother that overcame severe emotional trauma helped me to become resilient, but it left me with a lot of questions. As a young adult, I worked in the public and private school system in Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo to help kids and young adults with their relationships. After getting my doctorate in psychology, I began working in corporations teaching more than 10,000 employees, managers and executives all over the world about everything from leadership to employee engagement and career development.

Why Attachment Matters, LLC?

After nearly 40 years of experience, I’ve learned that the best way to have an impact on our communities is to start with kids. I’ve encountered so many experienced adults who never learned how to engage in a healthy relationship, even at the highest levels of an organization. I want to be able to make a difference before kids get out into the work world so they can not only enrich their lives, but the lives of others.
