About Jeff

I’ve lived in Northern California for about 12 years. I’m originally from the Midwest – I grew up in Minnesota and went to college in Wisconsin. An EdTech job with IXL originally brought me to the Bay Area in 2012. Since then, I’ve been with other EdTech companies including Edulastic, GoGuardian and Age of Learning. Before EdTech I taught elementary and middle school in Minneapolis. During the pandemic, I bought a house in Folsom (Sacramento area) in 2021. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, playing tennis and biking.

Why Attachment Matters, LLC?

A company that focuses on education and mental health coincides with my own personal and professional goals and growth. I enjoyed working at an education startup in the past, and want to work with a company located in Northern California. I’m excited to help students and parents learn about their attachment styles and grow into their authentic selves.
