Therapists
Christina Hoferer: Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Christina has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families. Some of her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, chronic illness, and maternal mental health. She is also experienced in helping women with life transitions.
Sadaya Zimmerle: LCSW
Sadaya is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner. She has over 25 years of experience in adult mental health. She is also a Reiki Master, a 500 RYT Yoga instructor with the National Yoga Alliance, as well as a Certified Leader of the Dances of Universal Peace.
Educators
Barbra Hoffman
Barbra’s extensive career in education reflects her deep expertise in various facets of teaching, curriculum development, professional development, and educational leadership. During her tenure at Keppel Union School District, she was a teacher, Reading Recovery Specialist, Instructional Coach, facilitator for the district’s Independent Family Services program, and an administrator in charge. Her vast experience extends to facilitating professional development for teachers and administrators. In her LETERS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) Professional Development Specialist (LETRS modules include phonological awareness, phonics, spelling, comprehension, and vocabulary), she provided PD on the California Content Standards, California ELD standards, and the English Language Arts/English Language Development Framework. Additionally, as an Instructional Consultant for RISE Educational Services, she provided professional development and coaching on brain-based lesson design and delivery which focused on the California Core Standards in Mathematics, English Language Arts, English Language Development, and Next Generation Science Standards. She is currently a Senior Professional Success Manager at Curriculum Associates.
Allen Brock
Allen has been involved in education for 34 years. He began his career teaching elementary education and adult education before transitioning to middle school and high school mathematics. After ten years in the classroom, Allen spent 6 years as a middle school and high school principal before joining the West Virginia Board of Education. In his role with the WVBOE, Allen was in charge of conducting Education Performance Audits across the state to ensure schools/districts were providing a high-quality education for all students and following all state and local education laws and policies. Currently, Allen is an Associate Manager with an educational publishing company.

Adam Lane Smith
Adam is an attachment specialist with a strong media presence through his coaching practice, YouTube channel, and published books. His work is dedicated to providing the needed support to all attachment styles, with the ultimate goal of individuals earning secure attachment.
